外国人のための防災デーの参加者募集 Looking for participants for Disaster Prevention Day for Foreigners
外国人とその家族などを対象に、防災について学ぶイベントを開催します。午前中は札幌市民防災センターで地震や消火訓練などを行います。そのあとは、体育館に移動して、避難所体験や防災グッズの使い方を紹介します。午後はエコノミークラス症候群予防のための、避難所で出来るヨガ＆ストレッチを行います。
An event will be held for foreign nationals and their family to learn about disaster prevention. In the morning, we will visit the Sapporo Citizens Disaster Prevention Center to experience earthquake simulation, fire extinguishing, and smoke evacuation simulation. After that, we will move to the gymnasium to experience an evacuation shelter and introduce how to use disaster prevention goods. In the afternoon, we will try yoga and stretching exercises that can be done at the evacuation center to prevent economy class syndrome.
